Working initially in one of the leading law firms in Israel, Yehuda Rave & Co. and later in the law offices of David Katz, Barry Feerst and as an in-house counsel for number of real estate companies in New York, Noam gained unparalleled skills, experience and practical knowledge of the legal and business industry in the United States and Israel.
Having lived and practiced in New York for over a decade, he understands the nuances of American and Israeli law, and the cultural gaps that often come with them. Noam is known for his sharp analytical mind, strategic foresight, and personal commitment to every client he serves.

Barry Feerst in a native New Yorker that started his legal career in the 1970s whereby he initially worked in several law firms throughout New York, up until he established his law firm and practiced law for the past 45 years. In 2020 Barry Feerst joined forces with ANL and he is now in a position of, an Of Counsel that advises the firm on complex matters.
